The Alessandro Fersen Foundation was set-up in 2006 by Alessandro Fersen's daughter, Ariela Fajrajzen, by Mr. Giovanni Berardinelli, vice president and Financial Officer, and by Ms. Paola Bertolone, scientific director for the Foundation and for the Fersen Archives preserved at the actor's Museum-Library in Genoa.
The Foundation also works with Claudio Pierantoni, a former student at the Fersen School of Stage Arts which he manages and where he teaches the Fersen Method, at "The Actor's School Alessandro Fersen" in Rome; with Ms. Laura Giuliano, director of "La Quarta Parete" Cultural Association in Rome; and together with director and playwright Ombretta De Biase, promoter and director of the "Fersen Award" for the Italian new dramaturgy.
The Alessandro Fersen Foundation will organise the divulgation, development and study of the work and teaching methods of the Maestro Alessandro Fersen through the publication of texts, the organisation of events, and cooperating with institutions interested in the Maestro's work.
